q       President’s Award

• Chosen by the Chapter President for outstanding contribution to the Chapter.
• Recipient’s name is engraved on a wood plaque maintained by the Chapter and a certificate of appreciation is given to the recipient.    (Engraving has been done by Gillespie Sporting Goods on North Broadway or by Things Remembered in Apache Mall.)
• Awardee keeps President's Award for year, and then returns the wood plaque to allow for successive member's name to be engraved and presented at Annual Fall Banquet.

q       Chapter Service Award

• Given to a member who has contributed time and skill to promote the SE MN Chapter of ONS.
• Chosen by the Chapter Board of Directors and Committee Chairs.
• Recipient receives a certificate of appreciation.

q       Community Educational Excellence Award

• Given to an individual who has participated in community activities (support groups, ACS, etc.) and/or has been a speaker.
• Board solicits information from membership on community involvement.
• Chosen by the Board of Directors and Committee Chairs.
• Recipient receives a certificate of appreciation.

q       Chapter Oncology Nurse of the Year Award

• Given to a chapter member who has shown dedication and support of chapter activities.
• Chosen by the chapter membership at time of annual chapter election.  Included on ballot which is sent out electronically. 
• Recipient receives a certificate of appreciation.
